Returns & Exchanges

shop.thisisglamorous.com is a marketplace of multiple vendors. Please find the vendor or vendors that correspond with the item or items you purchased for the appropriate Returns & Exchanges policy or policies. Cushion covers may be returned or exchanged within 10 days of delivery of shipment. Returns will incur a 25% Restocking Fee which is in place because we individually make each cushion to order, using our supplies and resources to custom cut and make it specifically for each customer. The restocking fee will be waived for exchanges or if customer prefers store credit. Discontinued cushion covers are final sale and non-returnable.

You must notify us before attempting a return in order to get authorization and the proper return address. Pillow covers must be in their original unused condition (this means no pet hairs, etc.) and sent back with the original packaging. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all costs for return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. When returning a cushion cover back to us, please make sure to choose a reliable shipping carrier that offers tracking and delivery confirmation.


We take great care to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition and hope you will love your order; however, if you do wish to return your item, you may do so provided that you observe the following guidelines:

1. You must inform us by email using the Contact Form here within 7 calendar days of the date you receive your order with your intention to make a return; please wait for a confirmation reply.

2. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your order.

3. Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue a refund, minus the original shipping costs—provided that the goods returned to us are unused and in their original condition (and packaging, if possible).

4. You are responsible for all costs associated (shipping, duties & taxes, etc.) with the return of any items to Belgrave Crescent.  We suggest goods be sent using a registered/trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit.

5. Your return must be marked MERCANÍAS DE RETORNO (RETURNED GOODS) in block letters on the outside of the package and sent to the return address provided to you in our confirmation reply. Failure to mark your return as indicated above could cause the package to be held up at customs, in which case, the parcel will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be granted.

All merchandise can be returned for a store credit only. You must inform us by email using the Contact Form here within 5 calendar days upon receipt of your order with your intention to make a return. All merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Custom orders cannot be returned.


Quality is our highest priority and everything we make is crafted with the utmost care, using the finest materials. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may contact customer service here within 10 days of receipt to obtain a Return Authorization Number. No refund will be granted without a Return Authorization Number.

Your purchase must be in new condition and returned in the original packaging. Once we receive the returned item, we will issue you store credit for the amount of the item minus the shipping charges. Rings and any other special orders are not returnable, including custom earrings, necklaces, pendants or rings. We will resize most rings for a $20 fee. For your protection, please package the item securely in a hard box with the original receipt and mail it to us using an insured delivery service.


All jewelry is handmade at our studio especially for your order. If you are not satisfied with the item that you purchased online, we will accept an exchange for a store credit (one time only). Please contact us using the Contact Form here within 7 days of receipt of the item for a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping address. Merchandise for an exchange must be shipped within 3 business days from date the RA# is issued. Shipping and insurance is not refundable.

All rings are final sale. Please make sure you know your ring size before placing your order.

Store Credit is valid for 1 year from the date of purchase of original item. All merchandise purchased on sale, special orders, and one-of-a-kind items are non-exchangeable.

All merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition, with no exceptions.


We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we go through great lengths to ensure that all merchandise is represented accurately with detailed descriptions and clear photos. We encourage any and all inquiries you may have prior to making your purchase and are happy to assist you with your selection. Our antique and vintage items are one-of-a-kind. Due to their aged and used nature, all sales are final. Our goal is customer satisfaction. Should you truly be dissatisfied with your item, please let us know immediately. We will work with you to reach a satisfactory outcome. Any items that are new or reproduction are indicated as such.
