Returns & Exchanges

shop.thisisglamorous.com is a marketplace of multiple vendors. Please find the vendor or vendors that correspond with the item or items you purchased for the appropriate Returns & Exchanges policy or policies. Please direct all inquiries for items purchased at shop.thisisglamorous.com to us directly by filling out the Contact Form, here.


We take great care to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition and hope you will love your order; however, if you do wish to return your item, you may do so provided that you observe the following guidelines:

1. You must inform us by email using the Contact Form here within 7 calendar days of the date you receive your order with your intention to make a return; please wait for a confirmation reply.

2. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your order.

3. Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue a refund, minus the original shipping costs—provided that the goods returned to us are unused and in their original condition (and packaging, if possible).

4. You are responsible for all costs associated (shipping, duties & taxes, etc.) with the return of any items to Belgrave Crescent.  We suggest goods be sent using a registered/trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit.

5. Your return must be marked MERCANÍAS DE RETORNO (RETURNED GOODS) in block letters on the outside of the package and sent to the return address provided to you in our confirmation reply. Failure to mark your return as indicated above could cause the package to be held up at customs, in which case, the parcel will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be granted.

Please allow a minimum of 14 business days before your regular order ships. All Pre-Order items will be shipped on their indicated dates.

Please note that all made-to-order items are final sale.

All of our fine jewelry pieces are custom cast and made to order in the US. We do not go into production without full advance payment. All orders take approximately 2 – 4 weeks to produce and ship.

We ship to all states in the United States and to all international destinations. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us and we will assist you with completing the purchase.

All of our jewelry pieces are hand-crafted in New York City by goldsmiths of the highest quality and each piece is thoroughly inspected before we ship to our customers. If you are not happy with your order purchased on our online store, you have 30 days to return the jewelry for an exchange with another piece of equal value, under the conditions that they are not damaged from wear and tear. Please email all return inquiries for a RA number (Return Authorization) at our Contact Form here.

1) Please send a photo of the jewelry you wish to return

2) Please send a copy of the receipt of the purchase you made on our website

If the value of the exchange piece is higher, there will be a charge for the difference on your credit card. If the exchange value is lower than the original purchase, we will refund the difference to you. We are not responsible for any pieces that are lost or damaged from return shipping. Please ensure to package returns properly with protected packaging and in the original Hi June Parker pouch to avoid any damages.

Please mark all returns “RETURN GOODS” with clearly marked packages with the correct address that will be issued upon receiving and assessing all return inquiries. All returns, and exchanges are shipped at your expense .

***All international returns are shipped at your expense including duties and taxes


We will repair all Hi June Parker jewelry pieces for free within 30 days of purchase. All pieces after the 30 day period will be repaired for a small repair fee and shipping fee.

We will clean all Hi June Parker jewelry for free once a year, every year.

August & June does not accept returns. Custom ordered items may not be returned and are final sale. This includes all orders purchased on promotion and/or with a discount code. Returns and/or exchange requests on sale merchandise and special and/or custom orders will not be accepted. August & June reserves the right to refuse return for credit or exchange of any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements in AUGUST & JUNE’s sole discretion.

Order Status

We will email order status updates to the email address provided at check-out. Updates include order confirmation, shipment confirmation and tracking details, as well as notification of any delays or requests for additional information. Security Policy

All transactions submitted to us are encrypted with 128 SSL software which encrypts information you input to protect it from interception by outside parties. August & June is committed to maintaining the highest levels of security and protection against fraud. We stay up-to-date with the latest in security technologies to ensure that your credit card information, contact information and shipping/billing information are confidential and safe.


All August & June prices are our current Suggested Retail prices. Prices are subject to change. August & June reserves the right to correct pricing errors.

Sales Tax:

August & June charges sales tax for orders shipped in California. The sales tax rate depends on city and county guidelines.


August & June ships using UPS and offers complimentary standard ground shipping within the United States, excluding Alaska and Hawaii. UPS 2-day shipping is also available for an additional charge at the customer’s discretion. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Processing Time

Orders that are in stock typically ship the next business day. Orders placed Friday-Sunday will ship out Monday.


We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. Please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On the rare occasion, packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe. Because our items are crafted with love, in the event that your item is out of stock, please allow 3-8 weeks for your item to be re-stocked. Additionally, please allow 3-8 weeks for all custom orders to be fulfilled.

Typographical Errors

We make every effort to ensure that the prices listed on our website are accurate. However in the event an item is shown with an incorrect price, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the incorrect price even if the order has been confirmed by receipt and your credit card charged. Please note that in order that you can view items in greater detail, some products may appear larger or smaller than actual size. Color and size of items may appear differently since every computer monitor is set differently. Please note that all items are subject to prior sale. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for an item that has been sold or is no longer available.

All merchandise can be returned for a store credit only. You must inform us by email using the Contact Form here within 5 calendar days upon receipt of your order with your intention to make a return. All merchandise must be returned unworn and in its original condition. Custom orders cannot be returned.

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. If for some reason you are not satisfied, most pieces may be exchanged or issued a merchandise credit for future use at Ziba Zidehsarai within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us at here. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to exchanges.

You must take reasonable care of all items in your possession and return them to us, in their original packaging, within 10 days from the exchange date. Once items are received, your exchanged item will be sent out or credit will be awarded within 14 business days.

In the case of custom orders, items which are made and supplied to your specifications or which have been personalized for you, including wedding rings and wedding bands, are final sale and no exchanges or credits will be accepted. Please contact us directly to discuss your order as every situation is different.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Items should be returned new, unused, and in salable conditions with all the tags still attached. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

General Terms of Use

shop.thisisglamorous.com reserves the right to cancel orders and refund customers’ money because of pricing errors or for any reason.

In case the merchandise in pre-order fails in delivery, shop.thisisglamorous.com will promptly inform and refund customers. shop.thisisglamorous.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of shop.thisisglamorous.com that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified.
