Please find the vendor or vendors that correspond with the item or items you purchased for the appropriate Returns & Exchanges policy or policies. BELGRAVE CRESCENT

We take great care to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition and hope you will love your order; however, if you do wish to return your item, you may do so provided that you observe the following guidelines:

1. You must inform us by email using the Contact Form here within 7 calendar days of the date you receive your order with your intention to make a return; please wait for a confirmation reply.

2. All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the date you received your order.

3. Upon receipt of the goods, we will issue a refund, minus the original shipping costs—provided that the goods returned to us are unused and in their original condition (and packaging, if possible).

4. You are responsible for all costs associated (shipping, duties & taxes, etc.) with the return of any items to Belgrave Crescent.  We suggest goods be sent using a registered/trackable service, as we cannot be held responsible for goods which are lost or damaged in transit.

5. Your return must be marked RETURNED GOODS in block letters on the outside of the package and sent to the return address provided to you in our confirmation reply. Failure to mark your return as indicated above could cause the package to be held up at customs, in which case, the parcel will be returned to you at your expense and no refund will be granted.

Please note that all made-to-order items are final sale.

Manufacturing and Shipping

Every piece of Natalie McMillan Jewelry is individually crafted and handmade to order. As such, turnaround time on each order is about 1-3 weeks. However, if the piece is in stock, it will be shipped within 3-7 business days of the order being placed (unless otherwise noted). All orders within the United States are shipped via USPS Priority Mail insured and with a tracking number that will be emailed to the customer at the time of shipment. Euro/UK orders are shipped via USPS International Priority Mail Express. While we have never encountered an issue with the post, we are not responsible for any mishandling of your package once it leaves our studio.

Returns

Because Natalie McMillan Jewelry is a small business that is handcrafted in nature, all sales are final and returns/refunds/exchanges cannot be accepted. Take note of the size/scale of the piece before purchasing. If purchasing a ring, please confirm your ring size prior to ordering, keeping in mind that wider bands will fit slightly tighter than thinner ones. If you have a question about a particular piece, feel free to contact us here and you will hear back very shortly! While never anticipated, if your Natalie McMillan piece arrives with a defect (for example, a delicate chain broke during shipment), it may be returned for repair within 10 days of being delivered to the customer.

Jewelry Care

While Natalie McMillan Jewelry is perfect for every day wear and can be worn for virtually every occasion, it is important to keep in mind that it is still fine jewelry and should be treated with care and delicacy. Jewelry (particularly jewelry with set stones) should not frequently get wet, so rings and necklaces should be removed prior to bathing or swimming. To keep your Natalie McMillan Jewelry looking clean and polished, we recommend purchasing a polishing cloth such as a Sunshine Cloth and giving your piece a polish as needed. All Natalie McMillan Jewelry necklaces are made with fine chains, so please take their delicacy into consideration before wearing.

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can contact us to organise a return. We recommend that you log the return within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives back to the boutique in time.

Returns Policy

  1. Your returned item must arrive at the boutique no later than 14 days after you receive the order. After this time we cannot guarantee that the boutique will accept the order for refund.
  2. We strongly recommend that you contact us to raise your return within 7 days of receiving your order to ensure that it arrives at the boutique within 14 days. Please contact us if you have any queries relating to this.
  3. Please note designers will only collect returns from the same country to which your order was delivered. If you have returned an item from a country other than your delivery country, you might have to pay additional import duties.
  4. Once your return has been received by the boutique and it complies with the returns policy, you will be refunded by your original payment method.
  5. We strongly advise all customers to check orders thoroughly upon delivery before removing any attached security tags and before disposing of any original packaging.
  6. Items must be returned unworn, undamaged and unused with original tags attached. If an item comes with a security tag this must be left on. If the security tag is removed then the returned item will not comply with the returns policy and will not be refunded.
  7. We recommend that you return items in their original packaging to ensure the necessary protection when in transit.
  8. Returns are not accepted for earrings of any type, nor for any bespoke/commissioned jewellery or made to order pieces.

All sales are final due to the handmade nature of our jewelry. If for some reason you are not satisfied, most pieces may be exchanged or issued a merchandise credit for future use at Ziba Zidehsarai within 10 days of purchase. Please contact us at here. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs to exchanges.

You must take reasonable care of all items in your possession and return them to us, in their original packaging, within 10 days from the exchange date. Once items are received, your exchanged item will be sent out or credit will be awarded within 14 business days.

In the case of custom orders, items which are made and supplied to your specifications or which have been personalized for you, including wedding rings and wedding bands, are final sale and no exchanges or credits will be accepted. Please contact us directly to discuss your order as every situation is different.

Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

Items should be returned new, unused, and in salable conditions with all the tags still attached. Returns that are damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

General Terms of Use

shop.thisisglamorous.com reserves the right to cancel orders and refund customers’ money because of pricing errors or for any reason.

In case the merchandise in pre-order fails in delivery, shop.thisisglamorous.com will promptly inform and refund customers. shop.thisisglamorous.com will not be held responsible for a delay in shipment caused by circumstances beyond the control of shop.thisisglamorous.com that cause pre-ordered products to arrive at the warehouse later than the time specified.
